Poor customer service and incorrect charges

Compliant re purchase of Clicks Adult Nappies for my disabled daughter. Charged wrong price R379 instead of R349 price advertised on shelf, then told when money did not reflect back in my account that credit would take 48hours to credit back to my account. How do I buy the nappies now as the amount is removed off my account ??? Complaints dept said they will expedite ….. still waiting . Manager of the branch refers to headoffice for complaint as that is the process . A complete lack of empathy merely told it is the process ……. A process that denies a customer being able to provide necessities for their child ….. shocking customer service .
