Poor customer service

I have the worst experience with clicks online. The delivery was set to be on the 24th of Dec but it was delivered the next day. Mind you I had to follow up with clicks and find out when can I expect my delivery. They did not have the curtesy to actually phone me and let me know that my order was now scheduled to be delivered the next day because the driver could not finish the deliveries.

When I received my order, the box was damaged and soft a the bottom, only to discover that the items I had ordered were damaged and everything was leaking.

Since the 25th I have been trying to get a hold of someone working at clicks but Noone is interested.

The consultant named Jamie has stopped responding to my emails, this experience has taught me never to shop at Clicks pharmacy.

Absolute poor customer service! Very unprofessional!
