poor customer service

I went to buy stuff at clicks and amongst some of my stuff was eye drops which was given over the counter not prescribed offcourse just normal eye drops so since it had the label wrong which said it cost R623.00 I couldn't buy it and since I arrived minutes before the shop closed there was nobody to fix it buy the time I had to pay, so I couldn't get it because Mini said she is not allowed to change prescriptions or something along those lines and only the guys behind the counter could change it and I must come back tomorrow(how on earth is possible for eye drops?). she is the front store manager but she cant authorise me buying off the shelf eye drops, because it is situated where the other medicine is that is why she cant authorise. Absolutely pathetic management skills I will never go to clicks again as I regularly go there to get over the counter medicine and buy stuff, pathetic poor service from a senior staff member, I am a platinum cardholder and I am disgusted
