Poor customer service

On Friday 24th May, I was at Clicks Matatiele, the staff there is so unfriendly and it gets worse when you get to the pay points. It's like the cashiers are doing us a favor by being the there. The attitude is so bad. I have been a Clicks club card holder for almost 2 decades now but I have never experienced such a bad service. The lady who assisted me it was like she didn't even want to talk.

I've been there before and the service was also baf but this time around it was worse.
