Poor customer service

I went for my granddaughter's prescription at Clicks -Musgrave,Durban but was attended to by such arrogance & disrespect by one of their staff member, Nokthula Shinga. I don't whether she pharmacy assistant or pharmacist. I just asked for the copy of the script and she made such a big deal, she went as far as saying she will scratch the prescription copy. I did not even need to explain why I needed a copy but I ended up doing so because of the attitude she gave. She annoyed me so much so that the next time I go to Clicks dispensary I don't think I'll be able to allow me to be served by her.
