Poor Customer Service

Good day

Received terrible service from the pharmacy. We had to wait in the queue while the one consultant was busy updating the price tags and the other one was busy on the computer doing capturing until I had to ask to speak to the Manager and the one consultant that was updating the price tags came to assist.

Price tags can be replace when there is no customers in the store.

Please try and manage your staff better as they not worried about the customers.
