poor customer service

on monday i went to do some small toiletry shopping, the cosmetic lady by the surname of ndlovu was so friendly, went all the way to help me bt when i got to the tills the cashier did not even greet me instead i greeted her when i saw that she did not care. She did not ask for may clubcard as she was suppose to and when i asked her she said she forgot and did not even care bt its part of her sales job and 1 of the reasons i shop @ clicks
