poor customer serve

<p>I am highly dissapointed by the poor customer service that I got from the Mafikeng branch accompanied by an alarming bad attitude from the only person who could have assisted me having driven all the way from Delareyville. after having spent two hours to get to the Mafikeng clicks branch, the sales assistant lady named Gloria looks at me with an aggro face and tells me that I should drive to the crossing they do not have the soaps that I need. I ask her politely if she could kindly call and chech if clicks the crossing has the product, she pouts her face and says she cant do that her line does not work, really guys im bothered I have never experienced such a thing, having ben served so well at the other branches in Johannesburg, clicks has lost a good client I cant. please discipline your staff, I have worked for one of the leading retail stores (builders warehouse and Makro) that prides itself with good customer service and what I experienced yesterday im shunned and disgraced. </p>
