poor customer serciver

Last month I went to fetch my son medication at trade route pharmacy . We were waiting on the chairs to be attended . One girl collapse and we requested the pharmacy to assist and call the doctor . The que was long and we were waiting for a long time .I asked Keneilwe if one can attend the patient and she attend the customers because only one person was on the counter. My tone and how I conducted myself was professional (CCTV can confirm) . The pharmacy on duty she was offended and responded she had to attend to the patient .I corrected her that she misunderstands .She then raised her voice .Still I was on soft tone . I responded again that she misunderstood me .I was not happy with her tone .She then apologised.

Last week I went to collect my son medication .I was told that I owes levies .I responded to then that the same pharmacy on duty told me that clicks does not have a generic on Ritalin. I was told to speak to the Pharmacy on duty Cynthia .Today I wanted to follow up on the generic medication .I was told that I needed to speak to Cynthia .

Customer service is the key (it does not matter if is Lenasia or the glen clicks ) the service should be the same .Whether a person black or Indian the service should be the same .Why other clicks customer service is good that it does not matter of race. How Cynthia conducted herself was unprofessional .She told me I was wrong by telling the pharmacy that she needed to assist and leave the patient . She was not prepared to listen to my side of the story .She told me that the lady was not okay and that week she could not sleep .Not always is the customer right and she will stand for her staff . The customer does not have no right to mistreat her staff .I was so upset because Cynthia was not willing to listen to my side of story .I then request her to watch the CCTV cameras . Cynthia told me that she does not have cameras .I am still upset then decided that I will not be service by her in future because she **** .Cynthia told me that the lady also don’t want to assist me .I was not going to long the complain .Cynthia told me not come when the lady is on duty .My respond was she does not have a right to tell me when I must collect my medication .

May this be referred to Trade route Pharmacy Manager not (Cynthia )
