POOR CUSTOMER RELATION

<p>I purchased a product subsequent to a doctor script from the Canal Mall branch. Came home to find that the expiry date was a week away.</p> <p>Was at the N1 city branch to change for a new one. They would not do so. Wanted me to go to Canal Walk branch.</p> <p>Out of frustration, purchased a new one.</p> <p>Kick in the teeth. Price at Canal Walk was R237.55 ref 4039 on 20 april 2016</p> <p>Price at N1 City R281.40 ref 2985 on 21 april 2016</p> <p>If Clicks is a national brand, this product could have been changed anywhere. The argument at N1 City was that the branch would loose money.</p> <p>What about me - the customer who has an average of R500.00 per month purchase from Clicks.</p>
