Poor customer for wrong prices on the shelf It was only 1 milk left with that price.

I was at clicks Protea Glen Mall today the 3rd January 2020.I wanted to buy 1.8 Nido that had a Price of R229.00 to my surprise when I arrive at the tills the price was different from the one I saw .The store manager Lesego was called she refused to give me with the price I saw.She told me about the legislation. I asked her about CPA she couldn't unswer. I was misleaded by the price I saw but the Store manager couldn't take responsibility instead she made my problem. I demanded a full refund. How ever I will never go to clicks Protea glen I have been their customer since the opened but the service is unacceptable.How do they have wrong prices and make it a Customers problem.
