Poor control and safety of the customers.

My complain is about clicks Jabulani mall branch. Im not complaining as a clicks customer only, but im complaining as a south african citizen.

It is difficult for clicks to control situation and i believe at the end of the day, customers end up breaking social distancing because of frustration.

They tell customers about shortage of staff in their pharmacy, which makes customers wait for more than an hour outside the mall.

There is no communication with the customer, customers has to ask each other if he/she is in the store/pharmacy line,which i believe this is the reason customers are breaking social distancing so that they can be able to communicate.

Im very disappointed on the way clicks is handling things, especially on this difficult times of covid 19.
