Poor communication & service delivery

N1 City - load shedding from 12h00 till 14h15. Clicks doors were shut, the only store in N1 City that was closed. Nobody came to tell us what the problem was. Elderly shoppers were left standing, waiting patiently until I asked one of the staff going in and out to provide chairs for them. When asked these staff told those waiting that there was a problem with their computer system. I eventually gave up at 14h40 as I was on a lunch break. So if I return tomorrow, will I earn double points then, because YOU could not attend to me today?!
