Poor communication

It's been more than a month trying to get my refund from clicks and for me to get a response I've to send them a complain before they act or take them to social media. Communication from clicks is very poor infact there is none, online shopping with clicks is my worst nightmare. My biggest issues is that i don't have access to direct communication with anyone, my one and only option is to always come to social media to complain for me to get a response. This is really tiring!!
