Poor Client Service

Ever since the Clicks Thavhani Mall branch opened I have received nothing but bad service from all the male consultants, just yesterday I went into the store to confirm if there's still any stock for the Lux soap that was on special. When I got there I greeted the guy so many times and he just simply ignored me but the minute he saw his manager he was ready to assist.

Their service is utterly unprofessional and I was even more shocked when I realised that numerous customers had the same issue.
