Poor Clicks on-line service

On Sunday 7 August 2022 I ordered a Bosch Handheld Stick Blender. I received the order within the stipulated timeframe. The package however was a Bocsh Coffee Grinder My initial on-line contact with Clicks call center was one of the worst I had, so much so that I had to shout the operator down, to give me an opportunity to speak. The promise to rectify the mistake was not met. This is now the second business day and still no Blender, only apologies
