Poor bad service

I am at clicks mall@Lebo as im writting this,i am so furious with the bad service that i received from the security and the man who says his a store manager goes by the name Femi/Feni.we qued at the store and went inside when we were about to pay we realised that we forgot my purse at the car then my husband wen and collect the purse and when his about to enter the store the store manager standing at the door refused for him to enter the door and i went back to the door to explain that he had to go outside and i cannot carry my the baskets on my own as im carring my baby at the back. He was still refused to let him in then they said we must both wait outside again to be let inside.im so angry because even as i was carrying a 2 year old on my back i still had to que.the manager did not take any measures to make or understand us as clients in anyway as he also did not even ask the customers who were waiting on the que if they had any problems with him allowing my husband coming inside to assist me or anything. Im not a happy customer at all although i have spended so much becasue i had to other choice as clicks is the only store i buy my baby thing every month end unfortunately today i had the most disgusting service from the manager himself as he drags down the clicks name down with him. Very much disappointed at this service.
