POOR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to clicks cobblewalk mall in durbanville and I was looking for a medicine to my surprise as soon as I entered the store two ladies were following all around the store as if I was there to ***** and I felt so uncomfortable finally one of them to ask if they can help me and to my surprise I pronounced the medicine name and the lady started to laugh and called the other ladies to come and listen to what I'm looking for and they were laughing loud in the store and speaking in Afrikaans mocking me at how I pronounced the name and they thought I could not understand what they were saying and they did not stop laughing and making a joke of me while I was inside and to my surprise I said the name of the medicine correctly and I called I asked the store manager and reported this to her she was so calm and I did not believe that she will reprimand them that each and every customer must be treated equally regardless of how they look ( skin color or how they dress) and I do not believe that the behavior they portrait today is aligned with clicks values and believes as I am a customer and I expect to be treated with dignity and respect regardless of my skin color and for them speaking in Afrikaans and mocking a customer that is there to make sure that the store kept on open and they can have jobs .I FELT SO DISREPECTED BY THOSE TWO LADIES and I don't think in times like these we should treat each other differently and even after I spoke with their manager they continued to disrespect me !!!!!!!
