Poor awareness of proces and specials.

It is shattering that kore and more staff are jot able to load the special rate amounts for items.

Today I paid an extra R29.90 for a special rated item that should have been R110.00.

So I paid R139.90....shocking service and inferior management customer care....I will never step into Plumstead, Cape Town Clicks again.
