poor attitude

Anele has no sense of customer service. All I asked was when will my parcel be delivered and I treated like a child or a *****. He says I dont know and gives me attitutude. This is nonsense. I am suffering with COVID and so is my family. I need my ordered delivered asap and the system shows it was despatched. I will never use Clicks online again
