Poor and disgusting service

I went to buy foundation on Saturday and was helped by three ladies. One of then told me that if I'm not happy with the foundation,I can bring it back to the store. I bought what they recommended. I used it on Sunday and it was orange on my face( im a dark skinned lady). I sent it back and got a shock of my life. The same lady who helped me was so rude,talking to me like im one of her grandchildren. She told me they cannot accept the foundation because it's opened,which is different from what I was told. She then pretended not to even remember me and said I should come back on Monday to see the other ladies. She was shouting at me and forcing me to hear her point. The clicks store is in Penford Uitenhage. Im working tomorrow and so I won't be able to go back there,meaning im stuck with an orange foundation. Poor and disgusting service
