Clicks Failed to Deliver My Order Due to Their Own Mistake

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I received from Clicks. My order was delayed because THEY sent it to the wrong address, yet I’m the one inconvenienced and left waiting with no proper sense of urgency

What makes this worse is that I provided the correct delivery details from the beginning, because they were able to deliver my first package successfully (from the same order) but somewhere along the process the address was changed/messed up on their side and I got a call from the delivery telling me my order is in Mpumalanga while I'm in Johannesburg . Instead of resolving the issue quickly, I had to keep following up myself while my order remained undelivered.

This level of incompetence and lack of care for customers is unacceptable. If a company cannot handle something as basic as delivering to the correct address, then they should not promise reliable delivery time lines. Zero sense of urgency from their consultants. Into endizoyibhenqunza in Mall of Africa or Boulder shopping center if my things are not delivered before end of business today

Very frustrating experience. I expected much better from Clicks.
