Poor advertising

I spent over R1300 in the past few days at Clicks online. I had a promotion of R100 being loaded on the club card if 750 or more was spent.. Which I spent R900 on one of my 3 orders placed. Now they tell I loaded the promo.. After I purchased.. What the difference.. U have proof that I spent that amount
