poor advertising and inconsistency.

<p>So i bought a 18 pack toilet rolls on special @ clicks a few weeks ago in Vangate Mall. I arrive at the till and the lady asks for my Clicks Card and i advise i don't have one. She then advises me that i have to pay full price R99 iso R79 because i don't have a club card.</p> <p>First thing i tell her is that that's not what is advertised on TV but the store is about to close and i'm in need so i pay the R99.</p> <p>Today i go to clicks in Parow Center and buy the same toilet rolls and realise at the till i don't have a clicks card however this time the lovely cashier advised that i can just fill in a form, hands me a club card and i pay R79, great service.</p> <p>Now my wife asks me why this didn't happen on the first occasion?</p> <p>Not the kind of service you would expect in this day and age!</p> <p>That R20 could have gone a long way!</p>
