Poor Advertising and Customer Service!

We visited the Clicks store in the Grove Mall in Pretoria today, about 3 days after seeing an online special for ******s. The special noted that you can purchase 3 packets of durex ******s (12 packs) for the price of two.

Upon ringing up the items at the checkout, we noted the the price did not seem right and queried the price with the cashier, enquiring about the special. The cashier had to ask around the store to the other employees and was not aware of the special. After hunting through one of the brochures in the store he noted that the special ended on the 21st of April, 3 days prior.

This is really poor advertising as the special online did not indicate a clear closing date. The store was also not up to speed with the special. We feel really done-in as we specifically drove to the store out of our way to purchase the items.

Another point is that people normally work during the week and only get a chance to access the shops on the weekend. It is truly disappointing that the special ended midweek.

We will not be shopping at a Clicks store any time soon!!!!!
