Poor

<p>At the pharmacy there is only 1 Pharmacist on duty with about 5 pharmacy assistants who are still learning. They are not competent, they cant even type a script in a reasonable time, they battle to read the scripts. As far as I know the assistant must check the script and medication with a Pharmacist which does not happen. Every time I go there there are other annoyed customers with the same complaints. The local doctor advises her patients not to go this Clicks because of the service and wrong dispencing. As for the retail side, it does not matter what time of day you go there, there is only 1 cashier operating. I tried to phone the Regional Manager but his phone is off with no option to leave a message. </p>
