Ponts earned for fuel purches at Engen

Clicks is not true to its word which is to offer one one pont for every litre of fuel purchased. Thereby offering ten cents per litre on fuel purchases. According to their customer service representative the conversion happens on the 20th of every month but it doesn't, at least not on all purchases. I suspect the staff are keeping it for themselves. Mine is a small amount but it's the Principle that matters. I've been monitoring it for few months after speaking to the Rep making them aware of the practise, but it continues. In other words they are de*****ing their clients.
