Pointless calling Clicks stores - they never answer their phones

I contacted Northmead Square branch earlier this week, and the person I spoke to asked me to contact her on Friday to confirm the stock has arrived.I have been trying for for 2 hours now to contact the store, but the call is never answered. I then tried more stores in the vicinity, and the same story - no answer. I tried head office, ended up at the call centre, who offered to transfer the call to the nearest branch, and the call was dropped. This seems to be a trend - not to answer the phone.
