PLEASE SORT YOUR TILLS OUT !!!!

Since last year I have shopped at Clicks Hout Bay, Waterfront and Sea Point. Every time there is a special on for 3 for price of 2......the till does not pick it up.....you cannot expect the staff at the till to know everything. I rely on the till to pick it up and deduct it.......BUT it never happens. Sometimes if I am not in a hurry I will check my till slip before I leave....but there is always a queue, so the lady puts my receipt in the bag and I rush off. Then when I get home I check and it never comes off automatically. Hence another trip, waste of petrol and my time to return to the clicks branch to get a refund. This has become so annoying that it has put me off shopping at clicks and rather go to Dischem where their tills work out the specials and you do not get **********.......if you advertise 3 for 2......you expect to get it !!!! Without having to check it went through or have the hassle of returning the next day to sort it out. PLEASE this has happened to me at all the stores I shop at regularly ....... not only one.
