Please hire competent and careful staff

I am really disturbed and disappointed about the staff you hire at your Clicks Parkrand in Boksburg Johannesburg in the east rand, it's for the second time they messed up my son prescription, my son has eczema and has a repeat script with your Clicks Parkrand, the first time they mixed his emulsifying ointment that they normally mix on the monthly basis, they put wrong ingredients with I think is negligence because if I didn't know what is supposed to be in the mixture I would have used it on my son sensitive skin and would have damaged his skin for life, I had to phone the pharmacy and asked them to reverse the claim that was sent to the medical aid and remix the mixture unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the person responsible for this but I am sure your branch will be able to check, now this year again recently in February 2015 they incorrectly mixed the wrong mixture unfortunately I only picked it up now when I opened the jar because he still had enough ointment to last him up until now,As a customer its deeply concerning and alarming that someone can make such a huge mix up, I believe when you are dealing with people's health you should be very careful and alert
