Please don't shop at Clicks Online

I bought a baby cot mobile from Clicks Online. Yesterday I was informed that they do not have the product and my Clicks Club Card will be credited. I have a problem with this because I actually need the money to buy a baby cot mobile elsewhere! As if this was not enough, today I also got my Clicks Club Card statement indicating that I have R21 to spend in store. Imagine that - what happened to the R350 you told be was credited on my Clicks Club Card. I am very disappointed and will never shop online at Clicks again! I expect you to contact me to explain what you did with my money.
