Please communicate clearly.

I lost or misplaced my Clicks Club card. Checked from their website, information there says one needs to call customer care to block card. I called customer care today, i was told they are not able to block card. The only way i can get that done is to go to a branch of Clicks for another card. Clicks communication should not refer us to customer care, if customer care cannot assist with lost cards. They should clearly state that the only way to get card stopped is at their branches.One would not waste ones's time and money phoning customer care at all.
