Placed an order on 02/01/18 and haven't even received an order number yet

Every time I phone they keep saying they will sort it out and get back to me. Happily took my money and still have not received feedback or an order number let alone any goods. As usual, I was unable to register as a user for their online store so I had to sign in as a guest where I was provided with no helpful details.
