Pharmacy Stole Money from My Medical Aid

I went to clicks Rosebank and I took my repeat script with me to get my medication for the month. I asked the pharmacists to NOT load my script as I use Discovery MedXpress for my medication. This was for a once off collection as I needed my medication urgently. Clicks Pharmacy has now added my script to their system and they have charged this to my medical aid account WITHOUT my permission. This is ******* as they DO NOT have permission to do so. I was not at Clicks on the 20/11/2017 and I did not ask for medication or refill my medication from them. I asked them to cancel my script last month through MedXpress and yet again I have been charged by them. This is ********** and *******, you have loaded my script against my own will and you better remove IT and return my FUNDS!!!
