Pharmacy still not giving a good service

After my last report a while ago regarding Clicks pharmacys pathetic service, one of their marketing managers contacted me and basically promised me that I will never receive bad service again.<br> Yet today I go there to hand in a new script for medication, just to find a que waiting *atleast 10 people. After about 30 minutes of waiting,an assistant anounced (without much simpathy) that they will have to close the pharmacy because there is no on duty pharmacist to sign off on the scripts. Now if this isn't a sign of going from bad to worse, I don't know what is. Obviously I left and took my script to the pharmacy around the corner, in and out within 5 minute. <br> Clicks can not live up to their promises...and I'm disgusted at their attempt to fix an already exisit problem!
