Pharmacy Service Decline

I am starting to get frustrated with the service at your pharmacies. In April 2019 I went to Clicks Pharmacy Capegate to get my son's Seroflo Synchrobreather. They did not have stock. I took the normal Sereflo and off I went. So the next month I go to Clicks Bellville and again no Sereflo Synchobreather. Well the lady that served me, yawned in my face 1st and then decided to complete braiding her hair and then assist me, by this time I was already mad. So when she told me that there is no Synchobreather, I said I am not coming back here. Then she wanted to offer me, that she will order it for me. Which I felt was a little too late. I said I would rather go back to Capegate and then she said that yes they are a bigger branch they would have it, and I said they did not have it last month either. Then yesterday, I went to Clicks Pharmacy Pnp Hyper in Brackenfell, and a locum pharmacist assisted me. Man I stood and stood and stood. Until a pharmacy assistant told her to start from scratch, she even wanted to try doing my stuff on my husband’s name. I had to speak to myself and say that I should not be rude to the old lady. All I wanted to do was ask if someone else can’t help me. In the end I had to pay a R21 levy. I spoke to Momentum and they say it depends on what the pharmacy takes. I didn’t ask her regarding generics as by this time I wanted to throw a tantrum. In this time spend 6 other customers was assisted. No man. I cannot be so frustrated every time I get to a Clicks Pharmacy.
