Pharmacy queuing

Clicks Lemon Tree, at the pharmacy section that don’t allow for two queues where it clearly stipulates Self-Medication and Prescriptions. When I asked i got shouted at that it’s one queue by one of your Pharmacists, when asking the manager on duty she said one queue. I don’t understand how all other Clicks separate the queuing but they don’t. I understand helping the other queue when your line is empty but this is ridiculous just joining them.
