pharmacy - prompt helpful assistance

I was waiting in the queue for OTC medicine, while the prescription queue was empty - I was promptly assisted by the lady at the prescription queue, who was very friendly and helpful.<br> <br> The medicine she recommended was excellent, she took the time to process the claim through the medical aid (even though I wasn't sure if I could claim for it), and even took the time to wish me for my birthday which occurred recently.<br> <br> Excellent friendly helpful service.
