Pharmacy Parow Sanlam Centre drama

complaint today I visited clicks pharmacy Sanlam Centre just after 10 in the morning. We were first in the line and yet we waited in because there was one pharmacist on duty. Despite there being 4 pharmacist we could see filling up their stock or doing administrative duties. Still we weren't upset despite the long queue. Then the pharmacist helping the queue disappeared leaving the counter empty we waited and waited and then people started to leave despite the customers objecting and expressing our dismay. Tracy Lee Melenephy was the head pharmacist and disspite hearing the objections she made no effort to calm customers in fact when we made objections they gave us attitude, the audacity. if clicks Sanlam Centre can't service the people then the should close their doors because mediocre service coupled with attitude we can do without. Clicks you are not doing me a favour we as customers are doing you the favour by spending our money by you instead of Dischem. Get your staff in order and no you don't need to contact me regarding this.
