Pharmacy Nightmare

<p>So i visted the Clicks Pharmacy at the BT Ngebs Mall in Mthatha to buy medication. The service levels were horrific. I was the 4th person in the queue and there was 5 pharmacists some seeing to customers and others just loafing around, it was cleary evident that they were not doing anything but merely waiting for time to pass by. I waited in the queue for over 30mins and when i eventually got through, it still took forever just to collect 1 prescription. The service levels at that store seriously need to be addressed! </p>
