pharmacy malpractice

I am utterly horrified at the malpractice experienced at Clicks Maponya Mall. After using the same proscription and medication for 4 years for a chronic illness and my body reacting well to the medication, on Monday 11th July I was dispensed medication that was correct but with one of the medication having an added variant in the pills. That variant that is foreign to my body has regressed my body into severe headaches, severe diarrhoea and unbearable abdominal pain. This occurred after I specifically complained about the pharmacist that was serving me who must have been well in his late 70s and was not cognizant of his surroundings or what he was doing. After 4 days of taking this medication, being incapacitated and not understanding what is happening to my body, I noticed the label of the pills had a name I was not fami**** with and that was alarming. This is grounds to take legal action as this is negligent and an act of malpractice. I am aware of the process which is firstly comparison of the prescription to the prove the differentiation, proving the causation or that the error causer the harm (I will be visiting a doctor to conduct tests as advised) and lastly proving the nature and extent of the harm. I have been in communication with an attorney who had advised accordingly. I will be visible on social platforms and other mediums to highlight this issue because it has put my health and life in jeopardy.

Clicks I hope you can learn from this. I will not handle this sitting down. It is said that black people let wrongdoers get away with a lot, NOT this one. I am sick and bed ridden and I need justice for this negligence.
