Pharmacy incompetence (False Claims)

Clicks pharmacy is such a mess. I am a member of Polmed medical aid and this have been happening for many years where I will be prescribed medication and perhaps Clicks rings it without checking its availability. Upon realizing that that specific medication is not on their shelves they will say they cancelled it but when the claim email comes they actually did not. My girlfriend was now pregnant and she got prescribed the Preg Omega and the script said 3 times only.. That was clearly stated as 3 months and guess what, after collecting them for 3 months they processed the same tablets on month 4 when she already gave birth. Upon visiting Kagiso branch she was told that they cannot reverse the funds back to the medical aid whatsoever and she called me to speak to them they said they were cancelling it. It is now another month (month 5) and it is the 31 July 2025 they claimed for the Preg Omegas again. the babies are one month old and I do not understand what is wrong with Clicks. I often think of not using them anymore because of their incompetence in dealing with my medical aid. I run out of funds before time because of them.
