What a terrible experience I have received from Clicks Pharmacy. I was at Clicks Sandton City on the 24th of Jan and ordered prednisone. The gentleman assisting at the time loads incomplete number of pills and doesn't say anything. So when I start taking the pills I realise that this cant be correct dosage, I then contact Clicks Sandton and they realise the same thing. Now because I'm based in Bryanston and I cant obviously collect so I can ask for my medication to be delivered and I'm told that this will be delivered by Clicks Bryanston. Clicks Bryanston transfers my delivery to Fourways Gardens without me knowing on 29/01/2018, how that happened I don't know. Now I call Forways Gardens ,speak to Tshepo who says the driver is on his way -now bear in mind this is still the 29th. Later same day at 16h50, I call Clicks Fourways to find out where my medication is and the driver is nowhere to be found.

Today now the 30th, I still haven't received my medication. No one knows where the driver is with my pills and no one seems to know how to get hold of him/her. Tshepo Daniels has now promised to deliver this himself. Like really....my day cant get any worse. I cant attend business meetings because I'm waiting for a driver who might not even pitch up.

Its like a Zoo......
