Pharmacy
The pharmacy has two CLEARLY designated sections - one for self medication and one for prescription medication. So don't I just waste 10 minutes waiting at self medication!!! Only to be told I have to queue at the prescription medication line. Well you won't be seeing me again EVER!! If these *****s can't even get a simple queueing system right, definitely can't trust them to get my medication right. This is a service delivery FAIL!!
