Pharmacist ruined my day ***

Terrible experience at clicks Evaton Mall this morning. I arrived at the store at 08:45am n they usually opens at 09:00am but to my surprise the store was not opened at 09:00am reasons being they can't open because they have to wait for the pharmacist to arrive then they will open for customers. Minutes later(09:08am) security opened the doors and when I arrive at the pharmacy taking my prescription ticket, the pharmacy is still locked we have to wait until the pharmacist arrives. Mind you I left my sick son at home hoping to make a quick turn at clicks Evaton Mall for his medication but I end up spending more than an hour. To say the least I left clicks Evaton Mall at 10:04am and I was the first prescription ticket holder of the day. No apologies from the pharmacist it's business as usual for him/her when we have life's to save at home with clicks meditations. I was not expecting such from the giant store. Goodies voucher for my son will make him smile.
