Pharmacist lacks manners

<p>I have just come from the Clicks Bluff Branch Pharmacy. I was waiting to be served for quite a while and the queue behind me was getting longer and longer. There were three pharmacists on the prescription side and only one at the OTC counter. I only had half a an hour lunch break and by then I had waited almost 10 minutes to be served.</p> <p>I then asked the lady if they didn't have another teller for the OTC section (because everyone in the queue had started complaining)and she just rolled her eyes at me - TWICE!!!!!! And then told me rudely that there is no one else.</p> <p>I walked over to the prescription section and got her name - Akhona Loliwe. Her behaviour and customer service manner is seriously lacking and this needs to be addressed. I needed to buy a lot of things, but decided to go to Dischem instead - there I always get excellent customer service.</p> <p> </p>
