Pharmacist has no compasson for the disabled
I went to the pharmacy with my driver as I am disabled and I saw an Indian male Pharmacist there with the name of Kobala. I was told by my medical aid to rectify the mistake they made by deducting the costs of my medication from my MSA he then told me that they didn't make a mistake and that not only was it a few months of medication, he cannot reverse it now and deduct it from my PMB now. He also started to get impatient with me. He saw that I struggled to write, but he still insisted that I write my medical aid and my profile number down as he threw the piece of paper at me. He apologized soon after he realized what he has done. He then asked me to come the next day with box, sohe could get the profile number. He then also called my husband that guy as if he didn't want acknowledged the fact that we are a married *** couple, the profile was in his name. I am not sure if he acted like this because he doesn't know how to handle *** or disabled people, but I cannot believe an educated man like he is suppose to be has a serious lack of interpersonal skill he also basically admitted by his staff making a a mistake by telling me they were doing me favor by giving my pills without pre
