pharmacist given us wrong medication for a 4 year child

My husband went to buy my 4 year child sinuse medication and he was given a flu syrup at centre point shopping center milnerton, this is dangerous how can a whole pharmacist give a client wrong medication..this is so unprofessional can he be called on *** and explain why he was given wrong medication and the pharmacist had the sinus medication on the hand nd packed the wrong one ....
