Pharmacist behaviour suspecious

On the 21st August 2017 around 15:00 I was at Clicks Lichtenburg Mall.

At the pharmacy i was assisted by Dawie PH,I have a clicks club card linked with discovery vitality and my medical aid which i dont have savings on so i always request pharmacist to submit the purchase to Discovery for tax purposes.

I needed Ivyfilm for cough and I was told its not available. Then I requested Lancap he sold me ,I requested that he submit it as per usual to my medical aid so i can sign that receipt for Tax purposes since I will be paying cash. He said he could not do it,he gave me my medicine to give to the Pharmacist Andrew who said he wont do it I just have to keep my till slip and copy it till 2018 July for the next Tax season which is almost 11 months away.

Well then I asked him why not because that what all pharmacies always do and all clicks in KZN and JHB ,he said no he doesnot have printing paper. I asked what if i had a prescription and needed to be assisted where I will have to sign for the medication once the claim is sent to the Medical Aid,he said straight to my face "I DONT MAKE CUSTOMERS SIGN BECAUSE THERE IS NO PAPER TO PRINT". When I asked if that was legal to do,he said "now I am asking things that do not concern me".

I was shocked and,I told him that is benig rude and as a Forensic Investigator with RAF we experience such ***** cases where customers claim for medication from the Fund for claims still in process where they need medication. Mostly such cases arises through medicine they did not even buy but with assistance of pharmacist/pharmacies who collude with the clients and sometimespwhere the client had no idea pharmacies have claimed for medication they did not even buy at the time.

As I can use anyone else's medical aid i.e for OTC Meds and I wont sign since I know that Clicks in Lichtenburg does not make people sign. How is that legal if I may ask? And how is it possible for that Clicks only to refuse to submit my meds with the medical aid already in the system like all other Clicks I have been to?
