Pharmacist at clicks Heathway center

The pharmacist that was working 20 December 2020 at Heathway centre is very rude. She was not even wearing her name tag. Sis should know she deal with people thus must develop customer care skills. I wanted my chronic medication and she did not even bother to check if my medical aid will pay. She just dismissed me with "They won't pay". How do you know if you haven't take my med card or even clicks card?
